Jay is a music producer, composer, artist, and creator specializing in music for film, tv, and advertisements. After picking up a guitar his freshman year at Miami University, his life has revolved around music ever since. He started his career as a performer/lead in three different bands.

Jay’s love for music is contagious and he has given back to his love in various ways. Some of those have been helping start a music program at a school for the Maasai in Tanzania, teaching music lessons, and mentoring young aspiring musicians and artists.

Jay spent several years traveling all around the world which has had an incredible influence on his music. By immersing himself in so many different cultures, his views and perspectives on life were forever altered. He has always been passionate about using music to advocate for social injustices, racial inequalities, and societal issues. Another, and maybe most important, source of inspiration for Jay is his family, his partner Hanna and his daughter Esme.
